Here are the things I’ve accomplished as a writer this week:
Publishing
Published My Chicago Spring Experience (April 14, 2025) on Indonesian and American. This is a quick blog post mostly made up of memes.
Published an update post known as Time to Buckle Down (April 16, 2025) on Germanicus Publishing. This update post detailed my plans moving forward with my works of fiction.
Published the sixth chapter of Adventures in Balkania on Royal Road.
Writing
Started working on the outline for a continuation story of The UEC Stories. The main story is planned to be an eight part serial. The outline itself is almost halfway there.
Reading
Continued my reading of Barren Metal by E. Michael Jones. Have finished Chapter 21 (Jakob the Rich). Currently on Chapter 22 (The Fuggers and the Habsburg Mines) out of 101.
Miscellaneous
Went through a week of midterms for my classes at Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). Most of them are online and I can write in my own time (with a deadline). This is the first I’ve done this kind of thing. With this week, I have finished and submitted most of them with another assignment I’m still working on (but should be finishing up). Much of my week (and my writing) had been working on these assignments.
SIDE NOTE
I returned from the United States back to Indonesia this week (with an overnight transit in Japan). Much of this week I’ve been dealing with a crazy jet lag.
I actually started on a book in my Kindle library during my flight from Japan to Indonesia, but I decided to not count it for this report since I just did it to kill time and I only did it because there was nothing else I felt like reading on my Kindle. Figured I’ll be able to give that book a real read in the future.
It’s Holy Week, the last week of Lent. As I am writing this, I just got back from Easter Vigil Mass. So I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter (and a happy end of Lent).
