5 Things I've Accomplished This Week - #4

Here are the things I’ve accomplished as a writer this week:
Publishing
Published The Rising Visibility of Indonesia (March 31, 2025) on Indonesian and American.
Published the fourth chapter of Adventures in Balkania on Royal Road.
Put together video audio narrations of Prisoner and Ransom, titled Agent Jen. The series is published on YouTube and Substack at Germanicus Publishing (April 4, 2025).
Writing
Finished the article published on Indonesian and American as mentioned above.
Wrote the mostly finished first draft for a standalone fantasy/speculative fiction short story. Working title: Gustavo the One-Winged.
Reading
Continued my reading of Barren Metal by E. Michael Jones. Have finished Chapter 17 (Marco Strozzi and the Monte di Pieta) through Chapter 19 (Epilogue). Currently on Chapter 20 (The Rise of the Fuggers).
Miscellaneous
Revamped my YouTube channel, including changing my display name.
Revived r/germanicusfiction, the sub-reddit for my works of fiction and posted some stories on Reddit in general. I created the sub-reddit last year but I abandoned it when I moved to Indonesia since the site is blocked over there. But I’m in the US right now; I’ve also acquired a free VPN which I hope I can use to post my stories on that site moving forward.
SIDE NOTE
Right now in Indonesia, people are celebrating Lebaran. This affects me since this means I don’t have my online classes this week for Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). But it will continue next week.
Also I had been planning to do a livestream/podcast on the books I’ve gotten during my stay in the US. Unfortunately, I’ve caught a cold and a cough which prevented me from doing so. I’m planning to finally do that at some point next week.
