Right now, I don’t have much to say that I haven’t said in the video itself. The “internationalization” of Jakarta is something that I wish to get more into, but I haven’t been here long enough to speak on it competently. Meanwhile, the question of how language effects society has fascinated me for a long time. And now I found myself in a situation where it’s not just an abstract thing anymore. There are so many topics to explore; I hope to actually write something substantive on them.
